Decrees of the President of Ukraine "On the imposition of martial law in Ukraine" from 24.02.2022 № 64/2022 and "On the extension of martial law in Ukraine" from 14.03.2022. № 133/2022 on the territory of Ukraine from March 26, 2022 for a period of 30 days martial law was imposed, which in accordance with Article 14-1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine" of 02.12.1997. №671 / 97-BP are force majeure.

In connection with the above, in accordance with the terms of the contracts, we would like to inform you about the occurrence of force majeure and the temporary impossibility of fulfilling the obligations under the contracts in full.
