Closing of works under “Contract-Application 3” for LLC “GTS Operator of Ukraine”.
Continuing work under the contract with LLC "GTS Operator of Ukraine", our company successfully closed the next "Application-Letter No. 3".
The services provided at this stage were divided into two areas - information and analytical and cartographic.
Transfer of information to the IAS database of the tobjects the LP of MG
The result of the services provided was the formation of the database of the "Information and analytical system for managing the technical condition and integrity of pipeline-transport network facilities "ITT-PIMS" on the Customer's landscape (TPIMS).
The following materials were used as source data:
- Spatial data on topographic objects and objects surrounding the linear part of the main gas pipelines in the format of the ITT-PIMS system geodatabase;
- Spatial descriptions of gas pipelines entered into the ITT-PIMS System on the data preparation landscape of LLC "GTS Operator of Ukraine" (https://dpims.tsoua.com);
- Passport, diagnostic and operational data on the objects of the gas pipelines of the gas pipeline network;
- Technological schemes generated by the tools of the ITT-PIMS system;
- Tools of the following modules of the ITT-PIMS system: "Passport", "Map", "Profile", "Technological graphics", "Pipeline editor", "Technological graphics editor".
The spatial database of topographic objects and objects surrounding the linear part of the main gas pipelines was formed on the landscape of IT-TRANSIT LLC and was transferred using the PostgreSQL / PostGIS and Geoserver DBMSs through the formation of the export-import package: vtk_mig_trans_1.sql and contains 396,200 graphic elements.
Formation of the IAS spatial database
The following materials were used as source data for the services of the Contractor for the formation of the spatial database "IAS "ITT-PIMS" on the landscape:
- materials received from "Operator of GTS of Ukraine" LLC, in particular:
- Digital topographic longitudinal maps of main gas pipelines at a scale of 1:10,000 in the Bentley MicroStation (*.DGN) graphic editor format;
- Digital topographic plans of technological sites and gas pipeline crossings through natural and artificial obstacles at scales of 1:500, 1:1000 and 1:2000 in the Bentley MicroStation (*.DGN) graphic editor format;
- Digital situational plans of violations of the gas pipeline protection zone at a scale of 1:2000 in the Bentley MicroStation (*.DGN) graphic editor format.
- spatial data of open and licensed Internet geoportals (OpenStreetMap, ArcGIS, GoogleMaps, etc.);
- additional information provided upon request from the Customer;
- spatial description of gas pipeline sections in the database at the development landscape;
- tools of the following modules of the "ITT-PIMS" system: "Passport", "Map", "Profile", "Technological graphics".
The total length of gas pipelines, which are objects of spatial database development, is 858.962 km, and the area of mapping territories was 1007.28 sq. km.
