Completion of the 7th stage of complex engineering works for LLC “GTS Operator of Ukraine”

At this stage, the employees of the IT-TRANSIT company performed work on processing the source materials of the linear part of the main gas pipelines, in particular:

  • materials of geodetic survey of main gas pipelines (in the form of a list of coordinates, heights and depths), digital topographic maps and plans of the territories of the main gas pipelines M 1:10,000 - M 1:500; materials of technical certification of main gas pipelines in the form of MS Excel tables and media files; operational and technical documentation for sections of main pipelines; diagnostic materials, including different time periods; remote sensing data of the earth (aerial photography materials) of the territory of the main gas pipelines;
  • spatial data of open and licensed Internet geoportals;
  • additional information provided by LLC "GTS Operator of Ukraine" upon request.

The spatial database of the 7th stage was developed for 754.08 km of main pipelines of LLC "GTS Operator of Ukraine". For this purpose, the processing of the initial cartographic materials, comparison of the spatial position of the main gas pipeline axis, work with remote sensing data and topographic plans were performed.

In total, information on 179,013 graphic elements was updated and added to the "ITT-PIMS" Database at the current stage.

To fill the "ITT-PIMS" Database with remote sensing data, 93 orthophotomaps received from LLC "GTS Operator of Ukraine" were used. All the provided materials were reduced, geocoded, brought to a single form and prepared for import into the ITT-PIMS spatial database.

The total number of large-scale topographic plans (M 1:500, 1:1000 and 1:2000) is about 337 pcs.

At the same time, on the ITTPIMS test landscape, IT-TRANSIT specialists performed the following system updates of the IAS of the OGTSU, namely:

1) Risk assessment:

- update of the "Technical condition" diagram";
- update of the columns of the "View selected gas pipeline sections" table.

2) Repair planning :

- added blocking of the function for editing defect selection criteria during calculations,
- added restriction on rights for the function for editing defect selection criteria,
- added function "Create technical conditions",
- added function "Create defective Act",
- added function "Generate operational technological map (OTM)",
- added display of the date of the last calculation.

3) Defect Assessment:

- Added column display feature.

4) TSC Management:

- added the "Localization on the map" function and export to Excel to the "Result of damage calculation on the site" form,
- added the "Damage rank" and "Metal volume loss fraction" calculation algorithm.

5) Automated Manager's Workstation:

- updating and refactoring of the module in current development.

6) Database :

- updating and refactoring of queries.

Upon completion of all engineering work, a Technical Report is prepared in 2 (two) copies, which are kept for the Customer and the Contractor.
