Complex works for LLC “GTS Operator of Ukraine” under Application 2

In December 2025, the IT-TRANSIT company completed works under the Contract for Application 2 from LLC “GTS Operator of Ukraine” to develop a spatial database of topographic objects of surrounding the linear part of main gas pipelines, which included the following thematic blocks:

Formation on the Contractor's landscape (spatial database) and the Customer's data preparation landscape (passport, diagnostic and operational data) of export-import information packages for the objects of the MG pipeline and their transfer to the database of the "Information and analytical system for managing the technical condition and integrity of pipeline and transport network objects "ITT-PIMS" on the Customer's landscape;
Formation on the Contractor's landscape of the spatial database of the "Information and analytical system for managing the technical condition and integrity of pipeline and transport network objects "ITT-PIMS".

The following materials were used as source data for services for the formation of export-import packages of information on the objects of the gas pipelines of the MG::

Spatial data on topographic objects and objects surrounding the linear part of the main gas pipelines in the format of the geodatabase of the ITT-PIMS system;;
Spatial descriptions of gas pipelines entered into the ITT-PIMS system;
Passport, diagnostic and operational data on the objects of the gas pipelines of the ITT-PIMS system, entered into the ITT-PIMS system;
Technological schemes formed by the tools of the ITT-PIMS system;
Tools of the ITT-PIMS system modules: "Passport", "Map", "Profile", "Technological graphics", "Pipeline editor", "Technological graphics editor".

In total, according to the requirements and structure of the spatial data of the ITT-PIMS System, 372,745 new graphic elements were transferred, 872,528 - passports of gas pipeline facilities, 9 technological schemes of a specialized structure, 59 files of the corresponding specialized structure of the description of the spatial description of gas pipelines.

The total length of gas pipeline sections that were used for data verification (validation) by the employees of the LLC “GTS Operator of Ukraine” was 1,536.434 km.

To form the spatial database of the IAS "ITT-PIMS" for topographic objects and objects of surrounding of the linear part of the main gas pipelines of LLC "GTS Operator of Ukraine", which will be used for the tasks of performing spatial analysis and analytical constructions according to the algorithms for managing the technical condition and integrity of the system's pipelines, the following materials were used:

Data received by IT-TRANSIT LLC from GTS Operator of Ukraine LLC:
- Digital topographic longitudinal maps of main gas pipelines at a scale of 1:10,000 in the format of the Bentley MicroStation graphic editor (*.DGN);
- Digital topographic plans of technological sites and gas pipeline crossings through natural and artificial obstacles at scales of 1:500, 1:1000 and 1:2000 in the format of the Bentley MicroStation graphic editor (*.DGN);
- Digital situational plans of violations of the gas pipeline protection zone at a scale of 1:2000 in the format of the Bentley MicroStation graphic editor (*.DGN);
Spatial data of open and licensed Internet geoportals (OpenStreetMap, ArcGIS, GoogleMaps, etc.);
Spatial description of gas pipeline sections in the system Database;
Tools of the ITT-PIMS system modules: "Passport", "Map", "Profile", "Technological graphics".

In general, the spatial database of the System, prepared in accordance with the requirements of Application-letter No. 2, contains information on 372,745 new graphic elements, the cartographic model of analytical calculations of the UTS covers 1,112.587 sq. km.
