IT-сonferences of this winter
December 9, 2017 in Kyiv held on The Big Conference of Business Analysts IT Network BACon AllStars, organized by IT Network!
The conference took place in 3 stream
- ВА- reports, where to were speeches by experts in the field of systemic and business analysis,
- ВА-workshop - group sessions for progress new professional skill,
- Product Owners - reports and reports and lively debate based on positive experience products owners.
Total was presented 14 reports, 6 master-classes, from over 20 speakers and coach, from which we heard about
- developed methodologies, applied in yours companies, their usefulness and achievements, importance of determining the purpose and value of your product,
-development of management skills in risky projects, approaches in team work depending on the type of business analyst;
and also practiced on the workshop of methodology, aimed at perceiving the opponent's topic, fears and expectations for prevent possible negative consequences (empathy map).
IT Network BACon was different by a friendly atmosphere, teams coherence of independent conference participants, mutual support and communication, speakers easiness.
