It is worth stressing that starting from 2013 this rating follows the rules set by the International Rating Association (Hong Kong). Guidance for AA category (top safety) requires implementation of criteria that encompass various spheres of the company operation and enable for precise assessment of its performance during the reporting period. Moreover, information to be analyzed is supplied by the State Statistics Service of Ukraine which collects such data as the mandatory reporting from the rating participants, thus excluding a possibility of inaccurate data.
