Nova Poshta Kyiv Half Marathon -  is a running city tradition, which took place on April 9 in  the 7th times and has gathered 9,000 (official) participants. Among them were Ukrainian and foreign athletes and running enthusiasts, corporate and relay teams, 'ATO' participants and people with disabilities, novice athletes aged from 1 to 13 years, public and cultural figures who promote sport and healthy lifestyle. Among them were  "IT-TRANSIT"  representatives as well.

Track Nova Poshta Kyiv Half Marathon 2017 is certified by the Association of International Marathons (AIMS), and is seeking to re-establish the prestigious IAAF BRONZE LABEL certification.

Besides the picturesque highway of 21 km, which opened to the guests of our capital the beauty of the old town architecture and Kyiv hills, Dnipro river energy and fresh air of Truhaniv island, by the organizers was ensure  the implementation of all the the necessary conditions on the route of hydration and nutrition items, medical support and protection, video broadcast  and professional photography of participants, training and massage base, entertainment and functional zones of the sport town. As well as the best volunteers and fans, musicians and dancers at a distance, which will be remembered by all the runners and will inspire them to the new sport achievements!

As part of running event, this year was held individual distance of 21 km, 10 km, 5 km and 2 km, family, charity runs, runs with 'ATO' participants, team relay race and children's of 100m, 500m and 1000 m. For children who participated in the race traditionally free with encouraging young athletes of the medal and finisher package. There were enlisted charities to attract public attention in solving urgent problems.

At a distance of 21 km 3,000 participants turned out, all finisher of which got medal.
