Design and development of information systems, which are intended to improve the facilities management and operational efficiency of fuel and energy and other complexes  is one of the main activities of our company.

Design and development of corporate information systems comprises the steps:

Pre-project works


At the first stage of the range of utility works, the following actions are performed:


  • Examination of the enterprise structure, business processes of the units and their information flows;
  • Standardization of the enterprise business processes, their modeling and identification of problem zones;
  • Determining the needs of departments in information resources and technologies for optimal solution of the production tasks;
  • Formation of technical and functional requirements of the enterprise information system, creation of the concept of development and implementation, creation of technical specifications for implementation or adaptation of existing information systems.

The results of the this works make it possible for our customers to see, at the initial stage, the effect which may be achieved from the development and implementation of each system, to plan their budgets, to adjust the production processes aimed to order the collection and processing of information.

  • Major activities of BP and conditions their of performance.

  • Business-rules stipulating the activity execution (periodicity, interaction of participants, software applied etc.).

Design works


At the stage of information system designing, a range of works is carried out which are related to formation of the database structure, designing of architecture and prototyping of basic functionality relying upon the requirements of the developed Technical specification.


Tasks at this stage include:


  • Development of classifiers of spatial and technical data. Classifier of spatial data codifies the objects and describes the method of their display on the map subject to the scale. Classifier of technical data is intended to describe the structure and references of the process facilities, their attributive composition and parameters for storage in the database.
  • Design of the screen forms of modules and the system.
  • Development of design and operation documents. The design documentation is formalizes basic technical solutions, the logic of interaction between system modules and data, operation scenarios and management. Operation documentation describes how to work with the functional modules of the system, management and support to date data needed for analytical and computational modules
  • Designing of architecture and prototyping of basic functionality of the information system, development of modules. At the stage of prototyping, functional and architectural solutions are tested in order to identify bugs, modify the module interface and to redistribute functionality among the system modules.

Information systems development


Our company specializes in the development of enterprise applications in the gas transportation sector. The processes in the company are based on ITIL and meet the standards of ISO 9000.


We design projiects on methodology Waterfall or Agile, or combine these approaches at will of customer. Implementing software solutions is carried out as in a kind a desktop / mobile applications as well as web-portal. Thus, users have access to the data in the necessary time and regardless of their location: from desktop computer or mobile phone in the field terms.


Software product development is conducted on Flash / Flex, Angular, JavaScript, .Net, Silverlight, Java, PL / SQL, T-SQL.


In development of enterprise systems we use commercial databases (Oracle, MS SQL), but if the task is to reduce the cost of the project - we suggest using free solutions.


The cartographic component of our systems is implemented on the basis of ArcGIS, QGIS. CAD-solutions are implemented as add-ins for products Microsoft Visio, Bently Microstation, AutoCAD.


Every for information system consists of a set versions control subsystems, each of which is going automatically from repository of initial codes, deployed and tested in different environments. In addition, is conducted integration testing, performance testing, usability testing, etc.


Methodologies of continuous integration and delivery (CI, CD) allow us to reduce the time to integrate the subsystems into a single mechanism and provide stability of software from a version to the version. In the works we apply such tools and technologies: Jenkins, Ant, Gradle, Nexus, Mercurial, Zabbix, VmWare Vsphere, Amazon Glacier and others.


On each system within the stipulated time we provide technical support and accompaniment in the mode  24/7.


Corporate information systems are developed or adapted based on the existing industry-based software solutions and - depending on the purpose, application target and the tasks to be solved - may be of the following types:



Geoinformation system is the only information technology enabling to model with computing instruments the actual widely-distributed utility facilities of any complexity, whether these are pipeline transit systems, large petrochemical plants or municipal utility lines. Moreover, the users are provided with a large range of tools both for prompt retrieval of information about location of a definite process facility, and for its spatial analysis.


Engineering system modeled in such a way may serve as an «information framework» for other information systems implemented at the enterprise, including technical data sheet production, analytical calculations to estimate the current and expected condition of the objects, management of financial, material and technical resources.


Our company has a large experience in development and implementation of geoinformation systems, and our employees were among the originators of development of the largest GISs currently operating at the energy enterprises in Ukraine and Russia. We are not only engaged in development of such systems but also perform the whole range of works related to collection and processing of the spatial information about the utility facilities and filling the GIS database, providing our customers with the information system fully ready for operation.



Ensuring of reliability and safety of utility facilities functioning is one of the major tasks set for any operator. Realization and implementation of information analytical systems relying upon the up-to-date world methods and standards, along with the automation of technologies intended for collection and processing of diagnostic information, allows to estimate technical condition of utility facilities, to model their expected behavior and to assess the remaining lifetime. Use of such analytical systems makes it possible to improve significantly the financial and resource efficiency of the enterprise operation, and to improve reliability of the process equipment.


We have developed and now implement our own information-analytical systems for diagnostics and monitoring of the production facilities, consistently increasing their research intensity and effectiveness, and developing expert estimate base for the systems. Alongside with the implementation of analytical systems, we perform expert audit of diagnostic methods applied by the operator, as well as large-scale collection and processing of diagnostic information, analytical estimations, and develop recommendations as for the required level of the facility integrity restoration.



For effective work of production units that operate the utility facilities, availability and prompt access to all technical documents of such facilities is required, including manufacturer’s documents, regulations and operating procedures, media materials, including those drawn up following the results of diagnostic and routine service checks, process diagrams, flow charts and other diagrams referenced to the object data sheets. These and other possibilities are ensured with information systems of technical passporting of the process equipment, in development of which we are engaged.


The systems of technical passporting are intended for information support to the object operation processes, search and management of the aggregate information about them, and updating of both object data structures and the information about them.


When users work with the information systems of technical passporting and equipment accounting, they are able to find the sought-for technical information about the required object or equipment to the fullest extent and in prompt and convenient manner, and to retrieve information on all operational procedures to be performed with it.



Planning of service checks and repairs, accounting and control of the timeframe compliance, drawing up of real-time documents and reports based on the results of measures taken by the enterprise units – these are the tasks that may be solved by the information system of process document flow implemented at the enterprise. It interacts with the record system, thus personifying all operational activity and linking it to each specific utility facility, which allows, in the long run, to have a history of their maintenance and repairs, and to estimate their safety and efficiency of operation.


We study the customer’s process document flow, identify the most critical issues in it, automation of which would significantly increase the units performance and improve their information richness; we develop and implement the document flow systems, both based on the existing commercial systems and using the own developments.



Information management system is intended for information support of dispatching control processes and prompt reaction to emergency situations, thus ensuring - among other things – prompt automated search and provision of pooled data on production facilities, location and operation terms in the optimal way, which are required for decision making.


To develop offers by the decision support systems, the systems apply the methods of management and search for information, analysis of data, including the spatial analysis, search for knowledge and scenarios of reaction in databases, simulation modeling.

Client-server IS, database and DBMS of which are on a server, client applications – on workstations.
