The work of the certification system is implemented on the basis of automated formation procedures by user request of a hierarchical objects structures and their detailed passports with characteristics based on the information model and system metadata.
The information model of the system, which determines the completeness and productive structur of the database, is implemented on the basis of a specially created «Classifier of linear part objects, electrochemical protection and system linear power supply of main pipelines for purpose of analytical assessment their technical condition» (Certificate № 28152). The classifiers are created taking into the active international and domestically regulations and standards, as well as the requirements for data on objects on the part of enterprises divisions, exploiting and managing of facilities. The total number of unique classes is more than 500, while the enterprise equipment structure, described by them, has more than 6.5 thousand technological installation nodes.

Accounting and conduct of technical information on production objects
The technical certification system has a convenient web-interface for viewing, adding, deleting and editing objects. It has the ability to work with both objects structured “trees”, and with their tabular presentation in forms that have tools for sorting, filtering, grouping and searching objects in the database by any of the selected characteristics or their group.

The results forming selection of passport information according to the attributes and conditions with the definition of the displayed characteristics can save as reports in doc, xls formats.
Detailed objects passports contain data with the main technical characteristics of objects, and can also store in the multimedia form scanned copies of factory passports included in the passport and separated by bookmarks, operational templates, diagnostic data, expertise, as well as the results of operational and repair work. Accounting consumers and counterparties of gas consumption
The module is designed to conduct of database of gas consumers (subscribers, enterprises, municipal institutions), maintenance their address information, data on the availability of gas equipment and accounting of its technical condition.
The module is implemented on the basis of the certification system and uses its functions when working with consumer information:
- creating, editing, deleting a consumer card;
- work with the consumers list with filtering by specified criteria, sorting, exporting to doc, xls formats, printing the sample result;
- view the changes history in the consumer card;
- localization on the map of the consumer location;
- consumer search by attribute characteristics;
- move towards to information on the availability of in-house gas equipment and measuring instruments, operational records about performing technical equipment inspections, additional project, enabling, executive and other documentation;
- move towards to accounting information from adjacent billing systems about consumer payments, volumes of gas consumption and debts in the presence of integration with such systems and comparing their databases.
The module allows to process information about the installed in-house gas equipment on the gas section, with the formation of the sample by the number, type, date and period of operation, as well as by their technical characteristics and accounting realization of regulation inspection. On results a sample can be formed regulatory and non-regulatory reports, arrangement, printing, redirecting by the system on the person in charge with notification of the need for approval.
The function of registration and fixating implementation periodic inspections gas equipment of consumers is supported, with indicate the inspection results, conclusions on condition of the equipment, attaching supporting documents, remedy violations based on prescriptions or imposition of sanctions, and also account the timeliness of passing the calibration of measuring instrumentation.
The module is also implemented on a mobile application for the possibility of using and maintaining data outside the office, with regular synchronization with the database.
Support production regulatory and technical documentation
The module to support of regulatory and technical documentation (NTD) provides regulatory, reference and other information about the production facilities of the enterprise and the rules for their operation, linked to the passports of these facilities.
The module is intended for support and actualization of the regulatory documents database in the amount required by production, and can include regulatory documents: SNiPs, GOSTs, norms, standards, directories, laws, work regulations, equipment maintenance and repair rules, factory regulatory documentation, instructions and provisions for working with equipment, labor protection rules, safety regulations, interaction plan, accident localization and liquidation plan, verification methodology, provisions for the organization of production control, provisions for the organization of technical supervision, instructions and provisions for interaction with consumers and other regulations and certificates necessary for production.
Regulatory and reference documentation is structured, linked to the technological equipment of production. From the document card is carried out two-way transition to the appropriate passport of the object. The search for the required reference information is carried out from the passport of the process equipment or by the search tools of the module.
In the NTD card is accompanied by additional information about the relevance of regulatory documentation.
Organization of access to designs-executive documentation (DED)
Access to designs-executive and other archived documentation is provided when interacting with systems technical electronic archive, which is intended in the presence of such systems in the enterprise.
The module for the interaction of passport documentation with the electronic archive system is designed to automate the receipt of archive information about the information system object (сertification, GIS, general plan, information-analytical, etc.) by comparing and linking objects and documents of the systems.

The functions of the module for interacting with documents of a technical electronic archive include:

- search and localization on the general plan of an object when working in the electronic archive system.
In the absence of an electronic archive system at the enterprise, access to the designs-executive documentation is carried out from passports, due to the possibility of storing the main project and working information in the passport media tab.
The metadata management module is designed to maintenance and changes to be made in the structure technical data of the system, add new or adjust existing objects of the enterprise system, their characteristics, expand and actualization attributes dictionary definitions of the objects.
The module functions include:

- Metadata structure display in the form of a technological objects classifier;

The module performs the functions of managing the metadata structure, automating linking processes, as well as the interaction of spatial and technological information.
The metadata maintenance function is an automated software tool, providing a enterprise technological objects structure description, the attributive composition and connection between the objects. There are management, addition and edit of these data, analysis of the structure and linkages technological objects of the enterprises. The rights to change the metadata belong to an experienced database specialist, system administrator, correction of objects and linkages requires coordination with the developer in order to avoid conflicts in the operation of other system modules.
Support of normative-reference information
The centralized support of the normative-reference information is necessary for the unification used in the reference values system. Using the functional being implemented validation of the normative-reference information values for compliance with current standards, which is an important requirement for improving the quality generated by the system of reports and analysis.
Administration of normative-reference information (NSI) allows to manage (edit, add, delete and combine) directory of regulatory information and their values in the system database.
The system supports the establishment of a prohibition to use reference value, which can be applied with the loss of NSI values relevance and allows to stop the subsequent use in the system without deleting it, to prevent data loss. If necessary, the NSI values can be combined by using the function of the same name and selecting the value for the combining.
Conducting enterprise organizational structure
Properly organized organizational structure of the enterprise is the key to the success of the enterprise and its stable development. The absence of a clear distribution responsibility zones, specific functions distribution between staff members adversely affect efforts to achieve goals.

- displaying objects in the form dynamically formed tree;
- object search in the database by specified criteria;
- proceeding to the list of found passports and a separate passport;
- interactive editing passports and synchronization with database;
