Working  with spatial data on the mobile device

A software product MobileApps, which was developed by the company, operates on OS Android and represents a range of functional ensuring interactive support of operation processes and management of production facilities.

On a mobile gadget, the spatial data kept in a database are handled using the developed module «MobileMap», which allows carrying out the following functions:

• Management of graphic display (navigation, scaling, object localization);
• Management of the map appearance (management of layers and modes);
• Adding user’s notes to the map;
• Positioning by GPS;
• Building an optimal route;
• Building a longitudinal profile of an underground utility system;
• Search for objects, switch to the object data sheet on the map;
• Adding the accompanying media materials to the object data sheets directly from a camera.

Working with technological graphics on the mobile device

Maintaining of facility e-forms on mobile devices

The mobile applications that developed for mobile devices has recently become more and more in demand in the industry. You can work with the local database functionality, synchronizing data with the server if you have access to the Internet, regardless of their location.

The MobilePassport module which realizes the following functions is developed for interactive work with technical passports of production objects:

• display of objects in the form of dynamically formed tree;
• search of object in a DB on the set condition;
• transition to the list of selected passports and to the separate passport;
• interactive editing of passports and synchronization with a DB;
• interactive addition of the media materials grouped in folders;
• identification of the equipment of a DB on a bar code and automatic transition to the passport;
• transition from the facility passport to its display on the map with localization in the established scale.

Mobile document

Logging of operational activities in the field from the mobile device and synchronized with a database of objects is performed by the mobile application "Document", which performs the following functions:

• Obtaining tasks for the implementation of operational changes
• Keeping electronic logs of operational activities and results of inspections / repairs / diagnostics
• Linking operational data to entity passports
• Control of user's location and ability to enter operational data (prohibition of spatial collision entry - GPS positioning)
• Opening passports of equipment from logs
• View statistics of collected and sent data

Field Pitting recorder

The developed module «Mobile Pitting» enables interactive work with diagnostic data. The application allows you to work independently in field, to perform input results during pitting, compare and edit the parameters of defects and to perform a preliminary assessment of their danger, and perform:

• view of the pitting acts list;
• creation of a new pitting act;
• binding pitting act to the pipeline;
• interactive editing of the passports and synchronize with the database.

Field defects analyzer

The developed module performs calculations on your mobile device by entering the parameters of the detected defects, provides the ability to work interactively with diagnostic data. The application allows you to perform autonomously:

• calculation of defects danger by standards: ASME, DNV, RSTRENG, Gazprom, VBN;
• displaying of defects on the tube;
• editing parameters of defects;
• editing of the metal pipe characteristics ;
• grouping and combining of the defects according to DNV;
• risk assessment of the defect.
