The company was established on the basis of the largest oil and gas industry of Ukraine and Eastern Europe Institute - "VNIPITRANSGAZ" EPE OJSC during its restructuring. The basis of the company were specialists of its Department of complex engineering surveys, geo-information technologies and diagnostic.
