Participation in FRAMEWORKS DAYS

 

 

On April 2, 2016 our colleagues have joined an event within Frameworks Days - the conference uniting fans of program frameworks of the most various directions and platforms.

This event has been devoted to scope of Project Management and turned to all who work in team, manages the team and want to create the best on quality and terms projects.

 

Reports covered the perspective and factors affecting the progress of the projects, their efficiency and quality, possible ways of influence.

Notes:

There will always be unknown-unknown (Emergent complexity).

 

Using proven technology allows planning iteration life more clearly, but if there is no experience of using technology - better to FAIL it as soon as possible! (Engineering complexity).

 

The most useful effect of the Project Manager - an organization of the team, when the PM becomes useless and the project can be carried out without.

Postmortem - carrying out of phased reconstruction of a system failure, as a variant of the retrospective to assess the damage, make a detailed analysis of the past event, identify the causes and definition of preventive measures. (from Post-mortem photography).

 

The assessment of labor costs has to consider risks on own overestimated expectations of the performer in relation to complex challenges and time spent in the non-working purposes. It is necessary to monitor percent of product performance  in relation to percent of the used time and the spent finance and in due time to take measures in need of correction of a situation.

When emotions in the project win common sense ...

… emotions need to be able to be transformed to the constructive course without rushes and suppression, feeling a situation, transferring focus from itself to others, comprehending requirements of people around, wishing well and helping others (depending on a type of emotion from anger to indifference). As a result, the more emotions will be – the more energy will appear to solve problems.
